Nutritional cooking~$45~How to integrate more nutritious foods into your diet ! In this class we will explore how to cook delicious vegetables fresh from the garden, teach nutritional values, and learn about how certain food affect the body & the overall food system. 3 hour class includes a meal. We will show you all the tools to building soil, starting seeds and implement proper nutrition for the plants that you will consume! Where do you start? When you plant? How & where to orient your garden & plants! Sunday's with sign up! Beginning

We will show you all the plants that can grow here easily and allow you to safely sample these plants. We happily give free advice to begin your own gardens and share free plant cuttings on the tour. ~Ongoing!

Seasonal fruit ~ How to use dry & preserve tropical fruits. Jamaican Roselles, Jackfruit, Papaya, Seminole pumpkin, & sweet potatoes. Taste and prepare these foods and learn how much of a health benefit they are to us all. Summertime classes.

Organic herbal body care~ Learn how to identify local plants and their uses. Make salves, herbal bug spray and itch relief spray. creams and antiseptics.
November 7th, 2025 11am-3pm drop off kids. 4 hour class $55 includes products to take home & organic snacks ! ~Bring lunch for picnic in the garden.
After school classes special offer for kids age 8 and up. $35 each. Learn all about toxins in body care products. *Fridays after school at 3pm-5pm at a later date!

Edible Tropical Plants~ Growing & using these easy to grow plants and how to cook with them. Harvest, tasting & growing tropical fruits. Learn all the benefits of these beautiful fruits. Get seeds & plants that grow here.
Little Gnome cooking class~ Learn multi cultured flavors of the World and basic cooking skills. We will explore the gardens and learn plants growing locally and what is good to eat. Harvest, taste walk and cook up some delicious organic fresh vegetables from the garden. Ages 8 and up. Includes a meal and plant walk plus education on toxic ingredients in our food system.
November 14th, 2025 11am-3pm~ 4 hour classes include a meal, recipes and nutritional suggestions. $55 each.
Real Gluten free baking class ~Breads, crackers and pasta. In this class you will learn about nutritional values in grains and understand glucose spikes in "gluten free foods" and learn about how to unlock the proteins in certain grains and how they can affect the body causing leaky gut and other autoimmune issues. December 13th, 2025 2pm-5pm ~$35 ~Includes tasting and recipes.
Muscle testing & kinesiology~ Unlock the secrets of communication with your own body. Empower yourself with innate wisdom. In this class we will explore how to be in our heart communication with ourselves and use muscle testing for health and enlightenment. Classes !! Starting in January.

Crystals and EMF's~How to use them for healing & home health! Crystals are apart of the mineral kingdom, here we understand how they work, their anatomy and how to use them in our lives. Everything has frequency and made of atoms. Every crystal is a crystalline structure of periodic table of elements we use in daily life & contains trillions of atoms. Every human has 100-150 trillion cells in our bodies and in every cell there are 100-150 trillion atoms, atoms are always moving away from our body in 1 football field length and back every millisecond.
Little Gnome Nature Connection~ In this class we will attune to the world around us ! Learn extra sensory skills by focusing on your heartbeat & listening to the sounds of nature. We will talk about manifestation & our intrinsic connection to the world around us. We will share Native American stories, nature crafts , learn about animal signs, and tracking skills. Saturday November 8th, 2025 1pm-4pm. Organic snacks & drinks provided. Drop off program .
